If an item is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Otherwise the item will be made just for you! Please allow 1-2 weeks. If you need your order created and shipped more quickly, please let me know. I may be able to do it.
Return Policy
Don’t worry, I am happy to exchange your item if the fit isn’t right. Exchanges must be received within 3 weeks from purchase, in new condition. Vivid Element does not offer refunds. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact Vivid Element for info on exchanges or if you have any questions. Orders with custom pattern adjustments such as added length, neckline changes, sleeve length, bodice adjustment, etc, are available, and I’m happy to do them for you, but there are no refunds or exchanges on custom pattern adjusted items.
